Join one of our coaching communities!
Coaching Communities are small groups of 6-8 professionals who meet monthly for 6 months for continued learning and mutual support. In our cohort-based learning model, participants have the opportunity to develop their professional network, add new tools to their professional toolbox, and garner new perspectives from others in their field. Each meeting includes structured learning provided by our facilitators, as well as time for participants to share current professional challenges and receive feedback from other members. Registration for a 6 month group is $400; sliding scale options are available.
Youth Worker Coaching Community - Next Session Begins November 2024
Calling all youth workers, social workers, educators, and anyone else who works directly with youth! Apply to join our Youth Worker Coaching Community to learn together about relevant topics including youth-adult partnerships, boundary-setting, family engagement, and more. The Youth Worker Coaching Community is ideal for any professional who engages with young people, especially in third spaces (outside of school or home). Learning topics will be especially relevant to those working with youth middle school and above, but those in elementary settings are still welcome and encouraged to apply!
