Services

  • We strive to serve everyone and anyone who walks through our (virtual) door. Our clinicians have experience working with a wide range of folks and presenting concerns. We have particular expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, relational and self-harm, gender identity exploration, sexual orientation exploration, coming out, and improving relationships. Additionally, we serve individuals from early childhood through the lifespan.

  • Our office has access to abundant paid and unpaid street parking. We are also only a few blocks from the bus stop for the 49B.

Billing and Insurance

  • We are in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) PPO, Blue Choice Illinois PPO, and Aetna. We do not currently accept any other insurance.

  • Our base fee is $150 per session. We have a limited capacity to provide sliding-scale therapy services, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. If you’re unsure, please feel free to reach out, and we can discuss fees and/or referrals to alternative providers.

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid a fee (the cost of your session). Your therapist may be willing to waive this fee if they are able to reschedule with you for another time within the same week, but this is not a guarantee.

  • We accept major credit cards and checks.
